Environmental Services Director
The Maintenance/Environmental Service Director job is responsible for the general maintenance of the community, including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment and mechanical systems, and for driving the community van. This role also coordinates and communicates with all other team members of the community in maintaining a holistic perspective of service and care.
Environmental Services Assistant
This role in our Environmental Services Department supports the community’s maintenance and cleanliness by performing routine cleaning, minor repairs and assisting with upkeep projects. This role ensures a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for the delivery of housekeeping services to each resident in the community. You must coordinate and communicate with all housekeeping and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of service for each resident. This role assumes cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis, and keeps all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive and safe for residents, guests and team members at all times.
Housekeeping Services Coordinator
This Project Manager-type role oversees housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the community, and schedules and manages housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional resident satisfaction.
