Executive Chef/Dining Services Director
The Dining Services Director/Executive Chef is directly responsible for establishing and maintaining all standards of quality, conduct, customer service and productivity within the Dining Services Department. This role maintains appropriate levels of staffing and food/supplies inventories and works within established budget guidelines. This person must possess general knowledge in the following areas of operation: productivity, costs and budgets, energy conservation, purchasing, receiving, storing systems, preparation and serving techniques, pilferage and portion control, personnel development, kitchen sanitation and general management of the Dining Services Department.

This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. You will be accountable for monitoring the activities and behavior of all residents in your Resident Group so that the care, services and activities of each resident are appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members to maintain a holistic perspective of care and service for each resident.
