Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager assists the Executive Director in ensuring that all functional areas required to operate the senior living community are always covered. The Business Office Manager’s primary duty consists of managing and overseeing the facility’s accounting and general bookkeeping. Assisted Living experience is a plus.

Human Spirit Captain, Concierge, Senior Living Receptionist

This role is responsible for providing information and referrals to residents, visitors, team members and prospective clients in a positive, service-oriented manner. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must possess basic clerical skills, typing, filing, light bookkeeping and be able to work in an environment with multiple interruptions. The position requires a pleasant nature, willingness, and desire to work with older adults.

Sales and Marketing Director

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible, under the Executive Director’s supervision, for achieving high resident occupancy by generating community activities, tours, prospective resident follow-up, etc. The Sales and Marketing Director must be self-motivated, organized and professional. They must diligently and conscientiously devote full and exclusive time and attention, and best efforts to job responsibilities.

Demonstrates judgment and sound discretion consistently, ensuring complete/full occupancy of the facility at the earliest time possible.
