Caregivers work closely with the entire care staff to deliver high-quality patient care while creating a safe and nurturing environment. Licensed Nurse (CNA, LPN/LVN, RN)
Licensed Nurses at Charter Senior Living deliver exceptional nursing care in a supportive community. They provide hands-on care, including medication administration, monitoring residents and coordinating with healthcare teams. Opportunities include Assisted Living CNA jobs, Assisted Living LPN jobs, LVN jobs and RN jobs, ensuring compliance with state requirements and maintaining high standards of registered nursing in Assisted Living facilities. Positions available for full-time or part-time.
Resident Care Coordinator
The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) works closely with families to ensure the quality care of all residents. This position is responsible for promoting and integrating the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living, as well as being responsible for daily operations as it relates to quality of care, community services and health services. The RCC manages the care staff in Assisted Living by scheduling, evaluating and supporting the frontline care staff.

CAREER SPOTLIGHT: CAREGIVER
Caregivers are the main support providers to our residents. This position assists residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with activities of daily living, implementation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. The position will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile while embracing teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
